•Prices do not include 7.25% CA state sales tax.

•Prices do not include any rights usage. For use in publications, including business cards, web sites, album design, etc., please contact Kyana for a quote.

•All sessions include a personal online proofing gallery, available within a week of your session. You have the option to order securely online with Visa or MasterCard. Checks are also accepted, but the fee for a returned check is $20.

• The number of images per hour varies with shooting conditions, but portrait session clients can expect approximately 20+ images per hour, more for photojournalistic style. Prints, print packages, hardcover books and other items may be ordered off the menu.

• A $75 deposit is required for location sessions; $300 to reserve a wedding date.

• Additional mileage will be billed at $.75/mile.

• All images will remain on file for three months only. Please order early.

• No part of any order will be delivered until balance is paid in full.

• No refunds will be issued for prints or photographic services. Prints may be exchanged if quality is unsatisfactory.

• Prices include minor modifications such as removal of stray hair blemishes and enhancement of color. If additional editing is requested, client may be billed at $20 per 10 minutes. Please indicate such requests on order form.

• Please expect your order in one to three weeks.

• Legal Release & Notice of Copyright: All photos are copyrighted to and remain the property of Kyana Taillon, who retains the exclusive license and reproduction rights for use in promotional and advertising venues. It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without the photographer’s express written permission, whether digitally, photographically, with the assistance of a third party lab, or by any other unspecified means. Violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.

• By utilizing the photographic services of Kyana Taillon, the client releases all digital images with the client’s likeness to be used in marketing collateral materials, magazine ads, and any other future promotion or publication purposes not specified here. Clients further grant the right and permission to use and/or publish said digital images in any reproduction through any media for any purpose.
